When you eat large meals your body does not use all of that food at once, instead it uses what it needs and much of the rest gets stored as fat.

Key # 2: Eat several small meals a day.

If you follow key # 1 your meals will naturally be smaller. This will allow your body to digest them fast and you will be hungry more often.

Being hungry more often will allow you to eat more meals and eating more meals will speed up your metabolism (the rate at which your body burns calories).

Your metabolism is like a furnace, the higher the heat, the more wood you burn.

Key # 3: Diet.

Not diet, as in starving yourself or merely watching what you eat. Diet, as in what you eat. This is the most important key of the best weight loss program. Your diet should consist primarily of plant-based unprocessed foods.

Go ahead and take a look at the people you pass on the street. Most of them are skeptical of this. Chances are that most of them are also over-weight.

The vast majority of people are eating a diet consisting primarily of empty calories. Plant-based unprocessed foods do not contain the empty calories that make so many people fat.
